Key Accountabilities主要职责:

In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:



Administration and Support 协助和支持 

  • To prepare all documents in all human resources actions such as hiring, probation, promotion, salary adjustment, transfer, resignation and termination etc.


  • To input into HRIS and ensure up-to-date personal records are maintained


  • To maintain and complete documentations and files within the Team


  • To administer incoming mail, reports, and correspondence for the Team


  • To produce correspondence and reports using appropriate software and tools


  • To update and maintain all organization charts for the HR Team


Customer Service and Relationship Building 客户服务及关系建立

  • To answering routine enquiries from internal and external parties or direct enquiry to the appropriate person to handle on timely manner communicating politely and professionally to meet Lane Crawford service standard


  • To report critical issues and events that require immediate action


  • To greet and direct candidates to appropriate area


  • To respond to both internal and external customers in an efficient and polite manner


  • To negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and ensure consistent quality and services of products / suppliers via random checking and quality control
  • 完成供应商比价并对其服务和产品质量进行监控


Teamwork 团队合作

  • To maintain a clean, tidy and organized office and interview areas


  • To role model and reinforce the Lane Crawford Vision and Values and Customer Service Promise at all times


  • To reinforce the LC Heritage, DNA and culture through storytelling and sharing successes at every opportunity


  • To personally demonstrate the LC Leadership Competency  behaviors
