Job Purpose: 

  • In line with the overall company’s vision, strategy and goals, contribute to the development of integrated and omni-channel marketing strategies to generate brand awareness, store and online traffic, customer engagement and prospective customers’ data acquisition in Hong Kong
  • Work with Internal teams to develop a relevant annual calendar of activities and 360° individual programme plans for Hong Kong, detailing target customer segments, objectives, concept, online/offline touchpoints, key messages, engagement mechanics, calls to action, direct to consumer communications plan and optimal above the line media mix across online and offline, programme targets and budgets
  • Work with the Central team to support and execute all big programmes in Hong Kong and to share post mortem insights and lessons learned which need to be incorporated in future initiatives developed for the Hong Kong market
  • Work with the regional teams in Hong Kong to develop and deliver smaller and always-on programmes to sustain brand and trading momentum in the Hong Kong market

Key Accountabilities:

Programme Delivery and Management

  • Support the Head of Marketing & Communication in the delivery and management of all programmes
  • Manage the calendar of Hong Kong activities to ensure full alignment with the connected calendar which reflects all marketing activities across product and service, online and offline in Hong Kong
  • Work with internal teams and stakeholders, including but not limited to Sales & Service Team, Central Buying Office, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) teams to ensure programmes are executed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Plan and deliver all programmes and events adhere to the company’s branding guidelines
  • Track, measure and report on performance of the various marketing programmes providing valuable feedback and actionable insights to other key areas of the business
  • Drive the preparation of post mortems to capture insights and key learnings to be incorporated for future programmes

Programme Planning

  • Contribute to the development of integrated and omni-channel marketing strategies designed to generate brand awareness, store and online traffic, customer engagement and prospective customers’ data acquisition
  • To work closely with Sales & Service team to define key dates, messages, mechanics and calls to action for each programme, ensuring they deliver the set objectives
  • To work with CRM team to define key customer segments to be targeted for relevant programs and ensure delivery of communication based on agreed schedule
  • To develop the right media mix across owned, earned and bought for each programme and formulate strategies to maximise media dollars to reach the targeted audiences above and below the line
  • Oversee all communications between marketing executives and external partners to ensure clear delivery of expectations

Financial Management

  • To monitor and execute all programs within the approved framework and within authorized budget
  • To analyze and evaluate the results for all marketing activities, prepare reports and required on time including proposals, post mortems, CRM analyzing and various other requests appropriate for each program

Internal Communication

  • Share marketing plans and initiatives with the wider Lane Crawford teams to ensure product, service and message synchronisation across communication and commercial channels is achieved
  • Collaborate with the various customer-facing teams such as online retail, store and customer care teams to deliver an enhanced connected customer experience
  • Produce and share valuable insights to the rest of the marketing teams
