The Role: To manage the day to day activities and drive trading for Lanecrawford.com Hong Kong, ROW and China to oversee Product Trading, Performance Marketing and Customer Care Centre.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify selling opportunities for different business units across categories, brands and departments and develop online and in-store trade pushes in collaboration with the regional Sales & Service and PR & Marketing Teams
  • Work with Commercial Team to continually look for replenishment opportunities and to achieve optimal allocation and availability of stock across touchpoints
  • Oversee day-to-day online product merchandising activities with focus on brand and category merchandising, ensuring merchandise assortments are presented correctly across digital platforms
  • Oversee day-to-day trading activities, including product launches, deliveries and stock management
  • Monitor margins and markdown strategies providing seasonal and in-season suggestions to Commercial Team based on actual performance
  • Review online trade on a daily/weekly basis, recommend and implement changes to drive traffic, improve conversion and ultimately achieve sales targets
  • Develop plans and tactics for the main online marketing channels includes, but are not limited to: paid search, affiliates network, content seeding and all digital advertising
  • Manage and coach CCC team in Hong Kong to ensure we deliver great customer experience at all times
  • Assist in the development of online business strategy in collaboration with Head of Online Retail

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing / PR / Journalism / Communications or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 7 years solid experience in ecommerce or retail industry 
  • Proficiency in spoken & written in Chinese and English
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well organized with exceptional problem-solving skill with a can-do attitude and result-oriented 
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
