Lab Concept is the contemporary retail management arm of The Lane Crawford Joyce Group working in partnership with leading contemporary brands. We handpick dynamic fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands from all over the world, including TOPSHOP TOPMAN. We also operate a 64,000 square foot lifestyle shopping mall in Admiralty, which opened in 2012.

Form our mall in Admiralty to multiple key locations across Hong Kong, including Central, Times Square and Ocean Terminal, we are staying true to our vision of “where style meets accessibility”.

Apart from our fashion exclusives, we also feature over 50 beauty brands in our FACESSS stores – from international favorites to the newest trends in Korean beauty.

Customer Service 

  • To deliver standard, consistent, friendly and responsive service and ensure the company standards of service are consistently executed at all times
  • To assist the sales teams as requested and be proactive in helping to exceed the customers’ expectations
  • To provide appropriate and instant feedback to basic customers’ enquiries
  • To help in recruiting new Facesss Loyalty Program members and assist in redemption of gifts



  • To be proactive in assisting with selling opportunities (such as delivering of bounceback  cards, link sales at the POS area, etc.) that will help achieve the business unit sales targets
  • To be proactive in recruiting new customers to enlarge the customer base that will help to achieve the sales targets


POS Operations 

  • To operate the point-of-sales machine and maintain the daily function of the point-of-sales terminals
  • To handle all payments and refunds for merchandise accurately and in line with company procedures
  • To cross check the sales vouchers with the sales audit staff, matching with the POS report and identifying and resolving any cash discrepancies
  • To ensure effective use and maintenance of card and POS machineries



  • To ensure daily housekeeping standards are maintained at all times, particularly around the POS area
  • To prevent stock loss and pilferage by being alert and informing manager/security of potential issues
  • To ensure stock is continually replenished to ensure a full range of items are available for the customer



  • Minimum 1 year cashiering experience in retail
  • Familiar with POS system
  • Detail minded, good communication skill & customer service
