Whilst making every customer feel great through your personal and welcoming service you are able to respond quickly to customers enquiries, providing insightful advice and support for other services such as in store events, online collections, returns and exchange.  Importantly our VIP Privilege Card holders will also seek you out for assistance giving you the opportunity to get to know them by name and provide a memorable experience, remembered long after they leave.
