Job Purpose:

Key Accountabilities:

In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:


Customer Service

  • To deliver consistent, sincere and responsive service and ensure the Lane Crawford’s service standards are consistently executed at all times
  • To take every opportunity to deliver our service promise - Making Every Customer Feel Great e.g. building rapport, understanding the customers’ needs and being proactive to anticipate and deliver services above and beyond the customers’ expectations.
  • To actively build long term relationships with customer
  • To understand and promote Omni channel experience to every customer  
  • To ensure that all sales are followed up with after sales service activities such as reserve, gift wrapping, dispatch and delivery, concierge service every time



  • To achieve agreed individual monthly sales targets
  • To capture all key data from customers to build client database for clienteling purposes and develop sales plan for clienteling activities
  • To be proactive in identifying selling opportunities that will help achieve the sales targets
  • To be proactive in recruiting new customers to enlarge the customer base that will help to achieve the sales targets
  • To be proactive and willing to put in extra effort to achieve personal and sales targets


Product Knowledge

  • To be able to provide the customer with fashion trends and product information that will enable them to make an informed decision about the item they wish to purchase
  • To be able to communicate confidently the unique selling points and the features and benefits of the product
  • To actively use this product knowledge to provide mix and match ideas for the customer and to up-sell to maximize the sales value  
  • To demonstrate a desire to understand and communicate the latest trends and fashion to customers
  • To be open to new products and learning new things



  • To ensure daily housekeeping standards are maintained at all times
  • To maintain visual merchandise presentation in line with VM Brand Book
  • To prevent stock and pilferage by being alert, present on the floor and informing manager / security of potential issues  
  • To perform cashiering function to a high degree of accuracy
  • To ensure stock is continually replenished to ensure a full range of items are available for the customer


Team Coaching 

  • To provide on job coaching to ensure that style advisors are able to consistently deliver and exceed Lane Crawford service standards
  • To train style advisors in product knowledge and mix and match
  • To coach staff to utilise Connected Commerce methods to capture every sale



  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in a service field 
  • Proactive, presentable and confident 
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
