Key Accountabilities主要职责:

In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

除遵守连卡佛的政策和程序外,主要职责包括但不限于:

 

Customer Service 客户服务 (20%)

  • To deliver consistent, friendly and responsive service and ensure the Lane Crawford standards of service are consistently executed at all times across every customer contact channel

提供始终如一的亲切、快速响应服务,确保在所有的客户联系渠道中始终执行连卡佛一贯的服务标准

  • To take every opportunity to exceed the customers expectations by being proactive and assisting them whenever required

通过需要时主动帮助顾客一切契机超越顾客的期望

 

Delivery and Collection发货和收货 (70%)

  • To receive, track, consolidate and re-distribute merchandise to and from our warehouse, suppliers and partners as detailed by Department Head
  • 照部门主管的要求从或向公司仓库、供应商及合作伙伴处接收、追踪、合并或重新分配货品
  • To prepare merchandise re-distribution on a daily basis in a punctual, careful and accurate manner

每天及时、细心、准确地准备货品的重新分配。

  • To check all merchandise documents received to ensure accuracy of delivery

检查收到的所有货品文书保证准确发货

  • To escalate and seek guidance from supervisors if documentation doesn’t reflect deliveries received.

若文件记录未能反映出发出的货物已收到,将此上报至主管处并寻求其指导

  • To prepare daily customer deliveries according to the established collection schedule with external contractors

按照制定的收货日程与外部承包商一起准备每日向顾客发送的货物

  • To maintain tidiness of loading dock, goods lifts, dispatch area and staging areas for merchandise at all times.

始终维持装货码头、载货电梯、发货区及货品集结待命区的整洁

 

General Duties 一般职责(10%)

  • To remove store fixtures or furniture when required and detailed by store management team or the Logistics Supervisor

在店铺管理团队或物流主管提出要求并详细说明时,拆除店面装潢或家具

  • To perform  ad-hoc assignments as requested by Management

按照管理层的要求执行临时任务
