Job Purpose:              

“Responsible for the design and implementation of product & data guidelines for the Company, which follow merchandising best practices, and align with new products and trends.”

 

Key Accountabilities:

In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Product & Data Management

  • To actively ensure merchandising best practices, and be constantly connected to new products, trends and any changes to terminology globally
  • To assist with and arrange trainings for business users on new and/or refreshed work processes, policies and procedures

 

 

Communications and Team Collaboration

  • To build strong internal communications and facilitate an open working relationship amongst all departments to ensure the Product & Data Management team are fully integrated
  • To provide regular updates to product guidelines and communicate effectively to all business users  
  • Ensure work processes, policies and procedures relevant to key stakeholders are communicated internally
  • To arrange and deliver trainings to business users for new and/or refreshed work processes, policies and procedures

 

  • Implementation of operational efficiencies using ijam as a tool
  • Building business policies and cases using staff intranet ijam
  • Contribute and promote future ijam community engagement initiatives
  • To achieve collaboration between teams/departments through effective communication through all channels
