As the Account Services Officer, you will assist the finance team in managing the entire vendor onboarding process to support our operational objectives.
The Role
- Follow through the whole vendor onboarding process.
- Collaborate with vendors from various countries to obtain and provide necessary legal documentation.
- Verify vendor information for accuracy and compliance.
- Address vendor inquiries throughout the onboarding process to facilitate effective communication.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors and other departments regarding payment issues to ensure timely resolution.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or finance roles, and audit experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial documentation and procedures, with the ability to verify vendor information for accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess vendor financial information and support decision-making processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
