As the Assistant Finance Manager, FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights and strategic guidance to support our business objectives. You will lead a team specializing in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
The Role
- Prepare annual budget, monthly forecast and regular KPI reports.
- Analyse financial performance metrics and identify trends.
- Provide actionable insights to drive business performance and decision-making.
- Lead the FP&A team and ensure they are well-versed in financial policies and compliance.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather insights and data for effective financial planning and analysis.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; Qualified CPA.
- 8+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A.
- Prior retail industry experience, ideally from sizeable companies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage different stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) with advanced Excel skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
