Assistant Financial Audit Officer

As the Assistant Financial Audit Officer, your expertise in financial analysis and auditing will be vital in supporting the organization. Your ability to ensure compliance and communicate effectively across functions will help drive the organization’s operational success.

 

The Role

  • Assist the Senior Financial Audit Manager in reviewing revenue and expenditure proposals.
  • Concur with or provide comments on proposal concepts and monetary values.
  • Vet marketing event budgets and other financial budgets.
  • Review contents and terms of business agreements prior to commitment.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and analyses as required.
  • Recommend cost-saving measures for business units.
  • Conduct internal and operational audits as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and internal controls.
  • Communicate effectively with other functions to implement policies.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Higher Diploma or Associate Degree or above in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum one year of working experience, preferably in the audit industry.
  • Student member of HKICPA, ACCA, CPA (Aust.), or AICPA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
