We are looking for a passionate and talented Assistant Learning and Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch training and supporting the leadership development initiatives for our Office teams in Hong Kong. The role will report to the Senior Learning and Development Manager.
The Role
- Organise and facilitate classroom and virtual training programs such as new staff orientation, soft skills training, leadership development programs that align with and drive organizational objectives.
- Provide support on designing training courses and creating training materials.
- Work closely with business units to identify training needs, design and develop training plans to meet business requirements.
- Assist in developing the curriculum for the e-Academy in partnership with the Digital Learning team.
- Support the development of career path frameworks and succession planning for office staff, while supporting talent engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate projects on company culture and people development initiatives
- Stay at the forefront of learning trends, integrating the latest innovations into our in-house training programs.
The Ideal Candidate
- 3-5 years of experience of solid learning and development experience. Strong presentation and communication skills, being able to develop and conduct trainings in both classroom and web-based set-ups.
- Proactive, positive mindset and willing to take on new challenges with passion.
- A team-player with strong collaborative mindset and strong sense of ownership.
- Strong project management skills including planning, organising, analysing and problem solving, as well as people and stakeholder relationship management.
- High learning agility and curiosity about market trends, with the ability to integrate innovative L&D practices into the organization.
- A good command of spoken and written English is a must, as well as a working level of Chinese.
