Assistant Technology Services Manager

Lane Crawford is an internationally renowned luxury department store with over 170 years of success, delivering an exceptional and eclectic product curation with dynamic Asian spirit and values. As the Assistant Technology Services Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational

excellence at Lane Crawford by overseeing IT operations and ensuring the seamless delivery of technology services. You will manage port requests and lead a team to enhance service efficiency and security.

The Role

• Oversee daily IT operations, including technical support, system administration, and helpdesk services.
• Provide direct technical support to VIP users and lead a small IT operations team, promoting a collaborative culture.
• Manage the IT operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high service levels.
• Ensure IT security compliance and manage incidents and service requests for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on assigned IT projects.
• Work Hours: 5 day working week across Monday to Sunday with 2 shifts - either 9:00 to 17:30 or 13:00 to 21:30

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in IT operations/services delivery, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of end-user computing, infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with project management and ITIL service management methodologies.
• Experience with budget management is advantageous.
• Prior experience in sizable public or quasi-government organizations is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (eg, ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
