As an Associate Product Manager, you will support product strategies to enhance Lane Crawford's e-commerce offerings and improve user experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging data insights, you'll contribute to driving sales growth and delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

 

The Role

  • Define and manage the product roadmap for online retail solutions across multiple platforms and relevant technologies.
  • Prioritize features using funnel analysis, A/B testing, market gap identification, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and executives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders, managing expectations and aligning product roadmaps with KPIs.
  • Utilize data-driven narratives to influence key stakeholder decisions and enhance collaboration.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution adoption, and feature development.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for existing retail platforms and ensure smooth operations during high-traffic retail events.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and communicate product changes clearly to stakeholders.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce and retail markets, particularly in China and globally.
  • Proven experience in gathering and analyzing customer business requirements.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making methods, including funnel analysis, A/B testing, and market gap identification.
  • Mastery of product documentation, such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Product Requirements Documents (PRD), user stories, wireframing, and process mapping.
  • Technical proficiency in web technologies, APIs, and integration with platforms like Shopify, WeChat Mini Program, WeStore, and RED (Xiaohongshu).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools, including Figma, Confluence, and JIRA, along with a strong understanding of BDD, TDD, and ATDD approaches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
