The Role
- Report to the Food Supervisors
- Support cross-functional operations of instore food offerings (retail, F&B concepts, events and activations)
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and achieving commercial targets
- Preparing and serving food and beverages
- Handle retail transactions and customer enquiries
- Stock replenishment and store display
- Store hygiene and presentation upkeep
- Other ad hoc duties within the Food Department
The Ideal Candidate
- Hospitality/food service experience preferred
- Demonstrate high level of customer service and sales driving initiatives
- An agile team player and fast learner - able to support rotating concepts/offerings
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules
- Competent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
- Experience with POS systems is an advantage
