Key Accountabilities:
- Gather and understand the business objective for technical projects.
- Analyse problems and drive technology solutions to support strategic and operation optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and support business objectives.
- Ensure technical projects and change requests align with business objectives.
- Perform Business Process Analysis in documenting AS-IS and TO-BE process.
- Document business requirements and technical specifications of the TO-BE process and act as the first point-of-contact for clarifications.
- Conduct feasibility & POC studies to demonstrate proposed solutions.
- Highlight any potential issues or incompatibility of proposed designs and suggest alternative approaches to align current and future solutions.
- High level understanding on system architecture, integration and implementation.
- Prepare training material to business users and Service Desk team after project launch.
- Provide operation support as a subject matter expert.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information System or related disciplines.
- 4-5 years relevant experience, preferably in the Retail or Supply Chain related industry. (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst.)
- Experience in Process Improvement and Solution Design.
- Sound understanding in Point of Sale (POS), Digital, ERP solutions or related is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills, organization and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible and detailed-mind.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
- Strong command of spoken and written skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
