As the CRM Executive, you will play an essential role in managing and implementing our privilege program and other CRM initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and position Lane Crawford as a centre of service excellence.
The role
- Support the CRM programs development to boost customer loyalty and engagement.
- Assist in implementing CRM strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and internal teams to enhance CRM initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective customer communication and program execution.
- Analyse CRM data to enhance customer experience and meet KPIs.
- Ensure customer data complies with data privacy and security standard
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback about CRM programs
- Assist in budget planning and financial tracking for CRM projects.
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree Holder in any discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in CRM, preferably in luxury retail, retail, or FMCG industry
- Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic financial management.
- Less experienced candidate could be considered as CRM Assistant
