Contract Brand Assistant – Beauty and Wellbeing (Renewable)

 

Lane Crawford is an internationally renowned luxury department store with over 170 years of success, delivering an exceptional and eclectic product curation with dynamic Asian spirit and values.  As our Contract Brand Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with globally-known brands and deliver strategic sales and marketing campaigns for our Beauty and Wellbeing business.

 

The Role 

 

  • Work in tandem with the Brand Manager to support the execution of marketing campaigns, brand and product launches of our beauty portfolio.
  • Foster excellent relationships with vendors to formulate a yearly sales and marketing calendar to ensure brands and launches are fully supported.
  • Analyse brands’ sales performance, marketing campaign post-mortems, and customer activation reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors, stores and warehouse to ensure timely delivery of product orders.
  • Analyse and ensure optimal inventory efficiency and manage stock flow through strategic replenishment of products.
  • Partner closely with internal teams such as Visual Merchandising, Digital and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to deliver effective omnichannel beauty retail strategies.

 

The Ideal Candidate

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines.
  • Have a passion for beauty with an eagerness to learn.
  • Able to work under pressure, multi task and manage competing deadlines.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
