This role will lead the management, enhancement and future development of our HR digital platforms and solutions, including HRIS, self-service and case management technologies. The ideal candidate will be highly user-focused, with a strong curiosity and empathy for user needs, and who will proactively engage with users to drive adoption and effectiveness of HR systems.
The Role
- Oversee the daily management of all HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Docebo), ensuring systems are effective, reliable and meet business requirements
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and manage updates or upgrades in collaboration with IT and vendors
- Continuously assess, enhance and evolve the current HRIS architecture to prioritise ease of use, efficiency and scalability based on user and business requirements
- Partner with HR stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions to enhance processes, such as recruitment, performance management, learning, onboarding and employee engagement.
- Proactively engage with users to understand their needs, translate their requirements into actionable solutions to ensure successful user adoption of systems
- Continuously research and recommend new technologies and innovations such as AI to help improve HR processes and practices such as recruitment automation, personalised learning paths or predictive analytics for employee engagement or talent management.
- Manage end-to-end digital HR projects, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and post-launch support
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems/Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- 8+ years of experience managing digital HR systems and solutions, with a strong track record of successful implementations, optimisations and systems effectiveness
- In depth knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP Success Factors), and the ability to manage system configurations, integrations and enhancements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence and partner with HR and business stakeholders
- Experience leading change initiatives and driving user adoption of new systems and processes
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify challenges and develop creative, technology driven solutions
