Human Resources Assistant - Rewards

Lane Crawford is an internationally renowned luxury department store with over 170 years of success, delivering an exceptional and eclectic product curation with dynamic Asian spirit and values.  As the Human Resources Assistant in our Rewards team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR Shared Services function and support the development of our compensation and benefit programs.

The Role 

• Work closely with Talent Acquisition and HRBP team to prepare employment contracts and HR-related documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on SAP and IPL.
• Support payroll calculation for contract staff.
• Support on annual salary review process including letter preparation and update HR systems.
• Handle work visa applications, MPF/ORSO, insurances and benefits administration.
• Prepare regular HR analytical and statistical reports.
• Provide support for other ad-hoc C&B initiatives and projects as required.
• Provide administrative support for the team including letter preparation, filing etc.

The Ideal Candidate

• College graduate with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or related disciplines.
• 1-year relevant experience in HR, fresh graduate is welcome.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ideally will have some working knowledge of SAP Success Factors and or IPL payroll system.
• Analytical, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Performs effectively under tight timelines and in fast paced environments.
• Collaborative team player, accountable for delivering results and ready to support the team.
