Human Resources Executive – Business Partner

As the Human Resources Executive in our HRBP team, you will play a key role in addressing labor disputes and fostering staff relations. You will manage HR policies for designated departments, oversee accurate data maintenance, and support staff transitions while monitoring budgetary compliance.
The Role
- Ensure hiring managers follow the staff budget and recruitment guidelines while collaborating with Talent Acquisition to meet commencement dates.
- Provide timely HR support to line managers, addressing labor disputes and mitigating risks.
- Foster staff relations through coaching and effective communication, while managing expectations and feedback.
- Act as account manager for departments, delivering people services and implementing policies effectively.
- Ensure compliance with policies and laws for promotions, salary adjustments, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate HR data and identify opportunities for technological efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services to manage documents for audits and compliance.
- Support staff transfers, promotions, and induction for new hires.
- Assist in monitoring staff costs within the approved budget.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field;
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in Retail or a customer-facing industry.
- Solid experience in talent acquisition, employee development, compensation practices, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of performance management and employment laws and policies.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong understanding of customer-facing populations.
- Proactive learner with effective communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with an advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
