Marketing & Communications Coordinator

As a Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing public relations efforts by managing communications, coordinating events, building positive media and press relations.

The Role 

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications to develop and refine measurement strategies for marketing and communications campaigns
  • Assist in creating, drafting and translating press materials, coordinate logistics of sample management and monthly reports
  • Build positive media relationships to maximise press coverage
  • Collaborate with Creative Services team to develop marketing and promotional materials
  • Pitch and track samples for press loans
  • Develop marketing calendars, prpoposals and reports
  • Input and maintain budget-related figures, including invoices and expense reports
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely processing of payments and adherence to budgetary constraints

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines
  • Prior internship experience in luxury fashion brands or public relations agencies would be very advantageous
  • Excellent fluency in English and Chinese
  • Ability to multitask and concurrently work on multiple projects
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn
