Merchandise Planner

 

Lane Crawford is an internationally renowned luxury department store with over 170 years of success, delivering an exceptional and eclectic product curation with dynamic Asian spirit and values. As the Merchandise Planner, you would play a key role in developing merchandise sales plans, conducting inventory analysis and establishing sales target to optimize business opportunities.

 

The role

 

  • Plan and forecast merchandise sales plans based on historical data and market trends
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Open To Buy (OTB), pre-season and in-season plans
  • Assist in setting sales targets for promotions and special events
  • Collaborate closely with the buying team in monitoring agreed OTB metrics
  • Work with various departments in implementing the approved sales plans

 

The Ideal Candidate

 

  • Degree holder in fashion, supply chain or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-3 years related experience in fashion retail business
  • Strong numerical and analytical sense and detail oriented 
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered for Associate Merchandise Planner
