As a Senior Social Media Executive, you will be the subject matter expert responsible for developing strategic social media campaigns, creating engaging content, analysing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and drive customer engagement.
The Role
- Lead comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Threads, Instagram, YouTube, and Instagram Broadcast
- Create visually appealing and engaging content that reflects our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance content strategy and boost overall social media performance
- Analyse and report on social media performance using analytics tools to optimize campaigns and improve engagement metrics.
- Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, PR, and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social media; preferably in the Retail industry or from agency
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- High proficiency in Design tools (Figma, Photoshop and other creative software)
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
