Lane Crawford is an internationally renowned luxury department store with over 175 years of success, delivering an exceptional and eclectic product curation with dynamic Asian spirit and values. As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead recruitment efforts for key positions and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. You will optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment best practices.

 

The Role 

  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across the organization.
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to assess long-term staffing needs and create strategic workforce plans.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing the onboarding process.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including employer branding, social media, and networking, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize hiring processes and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry partners.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices while promoting a positive employer brand.
  • Implement and optimize the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows and improve candidate management.

 

The Ideal Candidate

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field;
  • Over 12 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior role.
  • Proven success in filling senior and executive-level positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and an Asian language, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and talent management software.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing recruitment metrics to drive decision-making and improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Manager position.
