As a Senior Visual Merchandiser for special projects, you will be part of the team dedicated to creating an exceptional shopping experience. We seek a passionate and creative Senior Visual Merchandiser to join our store projects team in Hong Kong. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing our brand's visual impact across all stores for special projects.

The Role

•⁠  ⁠Visual Merchandising Strategy: Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising concepts that align with our brand identity and enhance the customer experience across all Hong Kong stores.

•⁠  ⁠Project Leadership: Lead special projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and maintenance of visual displays.

•⁠  ⁠Creativity and Concept Execution: Utilize creativity to design and implement merchandising concepts, ensuring high standards of visual impact from inception through to execution.

•⁠  ⁠Store Maintenance: Regularly assess and maintain visual displays to ensure they meet company standards and attract customer engagement.

•⁠  ⁠Collaboration: Work closely with operations, and store teams to ensure cohesion in visual strategy and execution.

•⁠  ⁠Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance and training to store staff on visual merchandising best practices and standards.

The Ideal Candidate

•⁠  ⁠Education: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or related field.

•⁠  ⁠Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, with a focus on retail environments.

•⁠  ⁠Technical Skills: Proficient in Photoshop and SketchUp; ability to create compelling visual representations of concepts.

•⁠  ⁠Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese.

•⁠  ⁠Creative Vision: A keen eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into engaging visual displays.
