Lane Crawford is an internationally renowned luxury department store with over 170 years of success, delivering an exceptional and eclectic product curation with dynamic Asian spirit and values. As the Visual Merchandising Manager/Senior Manager, you will work collaboratively with our Visual team to present head turning and memorable in-store visual aesthetics, bringing excitement and newness for every customer.
The Role
- Create everchanging visual merchandising display projects to showcase our curated home and lifestyle collections to attract customers both in-store and online
- Present the collections in line with Lane Crawford and our brand partners’ aesthetic, using recommended visual tools supported by training for the Online and Visual Merchandising Team
- Work with the Director to create new seasonal in-store product display /styling and modify assortment presentations based on store and customer feedback
- Work with Brand Management, Buying Office and Marketing Teams to communicate and define brand and product visual displays, highlighting our seasonal campaigns and new product introductions
- Plan and set visual merchandising calendar in line with our brand partners’ seasonal collections and product delivery to ensure cohesiveness for online and stores’ visual product presentation
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 10 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury retail industry with home &lifestyle categories exposure
- Creative vision, with strong sense of colour and fashion trends
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work and drive projects in stores
- Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese.
