We are looking for a passionate and talented Strategic Partnership & Growth Executive to manage the marketing activities for Lab Concept, tracking performance and looking for new opportunities to develop the business and achieve the sales and profit targets.
The Role
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet vendor targets and enhance Faces market share.
- Manage third-party partnerships to boost sales and expand customer databases.
- Implement marketing strategies that involve partnerships with third parties. Work directly with key targeted partners including vendors or other business partners to develop and manage mutually beneficial relationships that maximize sales & marketing opportunity and grow customer databases
- Oversee customer lifecycle programs, ensuring quality data capture and timely query responses.
- Lead CRM initiatives including membership offering, customer acquisition, and retention programs. Develop targeted campaigns and personalized communications that enhance customer loyalty, and maximize lifetime value through data-driven insights and seamless coordination with sales and marketing teams.
- Foster teamwork, align with company values, and celebrate team achievements.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2-3 years’ experience in marketing strategy development and partnership management to achieve sales goals.
- Expertise in customer lifecycle programs.
- Strong communication skills to convey brand tone and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to company values and team success.
- Analytical and proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and optimizing performance.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable with both daily routines and ad-hoc tasks.
