Customer Service

  • To deliver consistent, friendly and responsive service and ensure the Lane Crawford standards of service are consistently executed at all times
  • To take every opportunity to exceed the customers expectations by being proactive and assisting them whenever required
  • To be able to provide store information, directions and general information to help the customer throughout their shopping experience
  • To proactively ensure the safety of customers and staff by being vigilant and alert at all times to any threat or risk situation
  • To handle and resolve customer complaints queries and courteously to the satisfaction of the customer


Store Security

  • To maintain security of all stocks and properties held within the store and storage areas
  • To implement and monitor general security measures within the store to ensure all operating standards and procedures are adhered to
  • To provide full support to store teams to prevent shoplifting and stock shrinkage
  • To fully understand company disaster management policies and be able to take appropriate action in an emergency situation
  • To be proactive in identifying issues that could provide risk for company and suggest and demonstrate ways to improve store security issues
  • To ensure all rolling shutters, doors and entrances are opened at the designated time and that closing procedures are correctly implement



  • Strong service mindset
  • Customer focused with a pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Good problem solving abilities
  • Able to speak simple English and Mandarin
  • Security Personnel Permit is required
