Responsibilities:

Customer Service 

  • To deliver consistent, friendly and responsive service
  • To deliver beverages and other items as requested to visitors and senior office staff

General Duties 

  • To take care of the hygienic condition of all areas especially conference rooms, general corridors
  • To keep good hygienic condition and cleanliness of guest toilet
  • To be responsible for the replenishment of groceries items inside the Pantry
  • To assist with the dispatch of urgent documents when required
  • To carry out ad-hoc projects as required

 

Requirements:

  • 1 year relevant customer service experience will be an advantage
  • Customer focus with a pleasant & sincere personality
  • Able to speak simple English & Mandarin
